M-Cloud is a hosted telephony solution designed for the small / branch office and home offices. It enables you to administer and control your telephony service through an on-line control panel. The service can either be provided with analogue or IP phones, depending on your preferences and size of offices.
Through having complete on-line control of the service and features such as call forwarding, call transfer and voicemail-to-email, a user can ensure that, no matter what and wherever they are, they will never lose a call. The service is ideal for a multi-sited business with branch offices or a business with home/remote workers; such businesses can take advantage of remote user management (including moves, adds and changes), a unified short-code dial plan for all users and zero-rated site-to-site calls.
We will port your existing numbers to the M-Cloud service and this will act as a virtual number that will distribute calls to the 4 new telephone numbers that we will provide you for your extensions at each restaurant. This will allow you to retain all existing marketing and published material whilst also giving you the facility to have direct dial numbers for all your users.
VoIP also gives you the added flexibility of choosing out of area numbers, for example if you are carrying out an advertising campaign in London and want to publish a London office number you can take out a 0203 number with M-Cloud and not only take calls from this number but also make calls and present the 0203 number.
